Spring 2020: Mozart Così fan tutte
The Division of Music and the Division of Communication in the School of Fine Arts and Communication are pleased to present Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's comic opera, Così fan tutte, March 13 and 14, 2020 in Rodeheaver Auditorium. The production will be designed and directed by Mr. Jeffrey Stegall with Dr. Michael Moore conducting and the BJUSO in the pit.
Auditions for singing roles are open to all current and incoming students and will be held September 9-10, 2019. Students should prepare one of the arias below in Italian per the role they intend to audition for. Students are encouraged to speak to their teachers about a primary role to audition for, as well as a secondary possibility. Memory is not required, but a good grasp of the piece is crucial to be seriously considered for a role. Students may also audition for the chorus with an Italian art song or aria (others may be permitted pending approval). Students will be considered for both performance roles and understudy roles.
